  • First-ever Sales Development Representative dedicated to the German market.
  • Cold calling outbound leads to book meetings with prospective customers.
  • Drive lead generation for the sales team by creating qualified opportunities.
  • Identify influencers and decision-makers in organizations.
  • Manage sales activities and account information in CRM (HubSpot).
  • 12 months of learning and contributing before potential role progression.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Full-time, fully remote position.
  • Ideal candidates based in Germany, Spain, France, UK, Ireland, or Czech Republic.
  • Experience in sales and a service-oriented approach preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German — ability to speak, write, and read in a professional context.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • High-volume phone work capacity.
  • Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent phone presence.
  • Empathetic, service-oriented, problem-solving sales approach.
  • Outbound cold-calling experience is a plus.
  • Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
  • Experience in customer verticals like fitness or wellness is a plus.
  • Experience connecting with small business owners is a plus.
