UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

The UX/UI Designer will join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences for small businesses. You will leverage user testing, customer feedback, and business strategy to design intuitive checkout flows, platform interfaces, and other core product experiences across desktop and mobile.

In Short

• A background in visual design, with a natural transition into UX and product design.
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design with a strong UX overlap.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing modern, user-friendly web products and interfaces.
• A product design mindset focused on creating seamless user experiences.
• Daily collaboration with product managers and developers.
• A creative yet pragmatic approach to design.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Prague, with the ability to work from the office at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Experience with Webflow is a plus.
