Overview

The Manager, Quality Program Management and Performance oversees and leads activities to maintain compliance with state requirements and federal and/or NCQA quality requirements, collaborating with quality leadership.

  • Utilizes quality improvement methods for process improvement.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and conflict resolution skills.
  • May require travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in healthcare, with 2 years in quality management.
  • Solid business writing experience.
  • Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio.
