Overview

ModSquad has partnered with a leading music streaming service and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team.

In Short

• First point of contact for customers.
• Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to inquiries in both Chinese and English.
• Passion for music is a plus.
• 40 hours per week required during the 8-week orientation period.
• Production hours are daily from 9 AM to 10 PM.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Experience in providing customer support via inbound web messages.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
• Workspace requirements include a dedicated computer and stable internet connection.

Requirements

• Strong desire to create unique customer experiences.
• Ability to identify customer issues quickly.
• Experience providing web messaging support to multiple customers simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above.
• Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone for pictures.
• 8 GB RAM or better.
• Willingness to install security software.
• Dual monitors highly recommended.
