Overview

ModSquad has partnered with a leading music streaming service and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team.

In Short

• First point of contact for customers.
• Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to inquiries in both Chinese and English.
• Passion for music is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• 40 hours per week required during orientation.
• 25 hours per week commitment post-orientation.
• Must complete language assessments.
• Experience in inbound web messaging support is preferred.
• Work remotely from various locations.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Strong desire to create unique customer experiences.
• Experience providing customer support via inbound messages.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Dedicated computer with Windows 10 or above.
• Stable internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone.
• Willingness to install security software.
• 8 GB RAM or better recommended.
• Dual monitors highly recommended.
