• MNS is hiring an Environmental Practice Lead / Principal to expand CEQA/NEPA services throughout California.
• This position has the option of being remote or hybrid.
• Responsible for client engagement, leadership, strategic planning, staff development, and business development.
• Work with company leadership to create and manage business and staffing plans.
• Lead environmental compliance projects as a Project Manager or technical specialist.
• Ensure high standards in proposal and work product quality.
• Actively engage with the Planning and Environmental Services industry.
• Drive performance by managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is highly desirable.
• 10+ years in similar positions with increasing responsibilities.
• 7+ years managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in business development and marketing.
