Sales Compensation Specialist - Remote

Overview

Mixpanel is seeking a self-directed commissions specialist who will be a key player in supporting Mixpanel’s sales commissions process. This position will be responsible for monthly processing of commissions and will work cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, and finance.

In Short

• Calculate and administer monthly commissions payouts.
• Validate and audit monthly bookings for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot commission issues in a customer-centric manner.
• Manage compensation plans in CaptivateIQ.
• Provide guidance to sales teams on commissions.
• Support accounting with audit requests related to commissions.
• Provide ad hoc commission analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent degree.
• Excellence in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Prior finance or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with SFDC/CaptivateIQ applications a plus.
