Overview

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager of Customer Experience - Aftersales to help lead our mission in transforming the customer journey at both corporate and dealership levels.

In Short

  • Lead customer experience transformation at corporate and dealership levels.
  • Develop and implement operating standards and training initiatives.
  • Manage a dedicated team and oversee budgets.

  • Oversee dealer training and processes.
  • Manage online review and survey platforms.
  • Support aftersales divisions with performance data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of automotive retail/OEM experience.
  • Automotive Aftersales experience preferred.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
