Senior Invoicing Editor - Remote

Overview

The Senior Invoicing Editor's primary responsibility is reviewing, verifying accuracy, and formatting law firm invoices. This role supports team members within Operations and assists with training, monitoring production queues, and process improvements.

In Short

• Review invoices and verify accuracy.
• Edit and spell-check invoices.
• Scan document requests and appeals.
• Prioritize workload according to client guidelines.
• Process invoices within 1-2 business days.
• Assist other data services personnel.
• Cross-trained in other job functions.
• Maintain understanding of Quovant services.
• Train staff on formatting.
• Monitor production queues and redistribute work.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Quovant methodology.
• Understanding of client-specific data entry requirements.
• Strong typing, math, and 10 key skills.
• Strong commitment to team success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule.
