Junior Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (UK/EU) - Remote

Overview

Mitratech is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel in the UK or the EU to support our dynamic global legal team. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements while also assisting on privacy, data protection, and related regulatory matters across the UK and the EU.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, SOWs).
• Assist on privacy and data protection matters (GDPR).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial transactions.
• Interpret and advise on existing agreements.
• Support vendor contract negotiations and procurement processes.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in commercial law.
• Provide clear legal advice to business teams.
• Assist with other legal and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract law in the UK/EU.
• Solid understanding of data protection and privacy frameworks.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus.
