• We are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel focused on Commercial Contracts.
• Your role involves creating and reviewing commercial contracts.
• You will handle contract negotiations in B2B/Retail and procurement.
• Support in drafting NDAs and other legal agreements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Law or Business Law, ideally a full lawyer.
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Contracts.
• Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiar with legal software and SharePoint.
• Experience with digital tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• Ideally, some experience in commercial law or media law.
• Strong English communication skills.
