Overview

The Business Development Manager will represent Mishimoto, a leader in performance cooling products, by building long-term customer partnerships and growing B2B sales in the Western US and Canada.

In Short

  • Prospect leads and grow sales within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person visits to present products and demonstrate value.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales terms.
  • Work with internal sales for smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Provide ongoing education and support on promotions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B outside sales.
  • Experience in the auto industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
