• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 CCaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
• Proven expertise in multiple CX applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter attitude in fast-paced environments.
