Overview

Miratech is seeking a highly skilled Conversation Designer to craft engaging and effective conversational experiences for voice assistants, working closely with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conversation design or chatbot development.
• Experience with Google CCAI and Google Dialogflow.
• Strong understanding of NLU concepts.
• Experience designing conversational assistants using various programming languages.
• Ability to create compelling conversational experiences.
• Strong analytical skills for performance assessment.
• Experience with conversational AI tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies.
