Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Mirantis, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and developing the marketing & sales pipeline while collaborating closely with the sales team.

In Short

  • Generate new sales leads through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Manage the outbound leads process to maximize conversion.
  • Understand and communicate Mirantis’s offerings effectively.
  • Maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • 1-2 years of sales development or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Experience with sales tools such as SFDC and Salesloft is a plus.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in technology solutions, cloud, and SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
  • Strong sense of urgency and motivation to exceed goals.
  • Desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process.
  • Hard-working, competitive, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable taking direction and feedback.
  • Experience with sales tools is a plus but not required.
