Consulting Architect - Remote

Overview

Mirantis is seeking a Consulting Architect to leverage technical and consultative expertise to guide clients towards strategic solutions, ensuring alignment between client needs and Mirantis offerings.

In Short

• Work closely with sales to demonstrate Mirantis' vision and solutions.
• Identify business alignment and technical fit for clients.
• Document customer business drivers and technical requirements.
• Develop strategic proposals in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Lead service delivery and ensure customer success.
• Contribute to product design based on client feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing role (consultant, architect, sales engineer).
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work in a globally-distributed team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Relevant industry awareness and client interaction experience.
• Understanding of competitive landscape in cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in technology.
• Ability to document and communicate technical requirements effectively.
