Transformation Consulting Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Secret-cleared Transformation Consulting Architects—one based on the East Coast and one on the West Coast—to play a key role in our largest enterprise and global projects. This is a fully remote role with a strong focus on guiding customers through complex IT transformations, aligning technical solutions to strategic business outcomes, and driving successful project execution.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through IT transformations.
• Lead project teams in executing VMware’s largest enterprise implementations.
• Define and develop transition plans, architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight, accountability, and governance for project deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with C-level and VP executives.
• Collaborate closely with VMware sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
• Promote best practices in multi-/hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Contribute thought leadership to the VMware community.

Requirements

• Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Experience in IT transformations and project management.
• Strong understanding of VMware technologies.
• Ability to influence IT decisions at the executive level.
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures and modern application development.
