Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Strong listening and qualifying skills to engage prospects.
• Drive to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Strong phone presence and willingness to make multiple contacts daily.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for market expansion.
• Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.
• Located in Berlin or Munich, Germany.
