In Short

• Lead the strategy and execution of corporate communications to enhance MindMed's reputation.
• Develop and execute integrated communications programs for various stakeholders.
• Oversee external and internal communications, digital and social communications.
• Manage investor relations and corporate branding efforts.
• Support quarterly earnings processes and annual reports.
• Lead internal communications in partnership with HR.
• Establish and evolve processes for corporate affairs function.
• Manage budget and agency partners for communications needs.
• Serve as a spokesperson for corporate and product topics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of communications experience in biotech/pharmaceutical.
• Experience in strategic planning, media relations, and public affairs.
• Proven reputation management and issues management expertise.
• Strong writing and digital content strategy skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
