Overview

Midnite is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on MLRO & Senior AFC Manager to lead all aspects of Anti-Financial Crime, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across controls and risk management.

• Lead all aspects of Anti-Financial Crime at Midnite.
• Own and improve AML/CTF frameworks.
• Monitor suspicious activity reporting.
• Develop Business and Customer Risk Assessments.
• Work closely with regulatory compliance teams.
• Ensure effective transaction monitoring processes.
• Prepare regular reports for the board and regulators.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AFC-related issues.
• Engage with regulators and law enforcement.
• Drive continuous improvement across AFC controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years in AML/CTF and financial crime in regulated sectors.
• Direct experience in an MLRO or senior AFC role.
• Strong knowledge of UK AML regulations.
• Proven track record with regulators and auditors.
• Analytical thinker with excellent judgment.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and independent.
• CAMS, ICA Diploma, or equivalent AML qualification preferred.
