Bridge Inspector - Remote

Overview

The Bridge Inspector will oversee the planning, inspection, and safety evaluations of state and locally owned bridges, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.

• Perform bridge and tunnel inspections and prepare reports.
• Monitor inspection project quality, schedule, costs, and safety.
• Verify compliance of bridge reports with quality assurance standards.
• Maintain communication between inspection teams and clients.

• Coordinate traffic control and scheduling for inspections.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of inspection experience preferred.
• NHI Safety Inspection for Highway Bridge certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month.
• Ability to work in the field year-round.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
