Invoice Inspector - Remote

Overview

The Invoice Inspector will be responsible for reviewing and releasing transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards, contributing to the operational efficiency of Zooplus.

• Check fulfillment and transportation invoices for correctness.
• Manage operational claims and perform financial synthesis.
• Conduct cost or price analysis for operations.
• Control costs from order receipt to final account.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance or Business related.
• Experience with invoices, preferably in logistics.
• Progressive experience in finance, controlling, or logistics.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Drive for process improvement and automation.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of invoice control methodology.
• Experience in project management methods.
• Fluent in English.
