Overview

The Epic Operational Systems Engineer is responsible for providing analytical and technical expertise in the planning, design, installation, maintenance, and support of the Epic system and related applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

In Short

  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-7 years of systems administration experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UNIX and/or Windows Server.
  • Strong command-line skills in Unix.
  • Experience with client/server application management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of operating system concepts.
  • Willingness to learn Epic software and obtain certification.
  • Integrity and ability to inspire others.
