Overview

The Data Quality & Governance Manager (DQGM) plays a key role in establishing data quality principles at an enterprise level, collaborating with data domain owners to ensure proper data classification and ownership.

• Define enterprise data quality principles and standards.
• Safeguard data classification by data domain owners.
• Facilitate data lifecycle ownership and follow up on execution.
• Develop SOPs, align with stakeholders, and socialize them.
• Coordinate with Platforms on adherence to standards.
• Provide guidance to data architects and analysts on quality and governance principles.

Requirements

• Experience with data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Talend, etc).
• Knowledge of data cataloguing tools.
• Experience in policy and SOP development.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• 5+ years professional experience in data governance or data quality management.
• Degree in data management, information governance, data science, or business administration.
• Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
