Senior Project Manager - Project & Program Management - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and complex initiatives within our digital transformation portfolio, bridging technology and business for impactful outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level projects focused on digital products and transformation.
• Align projects with business strategy for high impact and value delivery.
• Define project scopes, business cases, and roadmaps with domain owners and product teams.
• Build, coach, and guide cross-functional project teams toward successful delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and communications across multiple projects.
• Report on project and program status to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to PMO governance by improving processes, standards, and toolsets.
• Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex delivery issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• Familiar with Software Product Management paradigm & Agile.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Ability to set clear goals for high quality results.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
