Overview

As an Account Executive at Metergy Solutions, you will be part of the fastest growing submetering market in North America, focusing on B2B solution selling within the real estate development industry.

In Short

  • Present and sell company solutions to clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers in the multifamily residential building industry.
  • Prospect for new leads/accounts.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Identify and overcome sales objections.
  • Track sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Negotiate agreements effectively.
  • Work with internal teams to develop client solutions.
  • Participate in industry events.
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales with real estate developers and property managers.
  • Experience in B2B solution selling.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Creativity and humor are desirable.
  • Honesty and integrity are a must.
