Overview

Mesh is looking for a high-performing experienced sales and partnerships professional who is highly motivated to solve big problems, close deals and lead a team in Europe. As a Sales Director, you will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of sales/partnerships and tasked with leading your teammates to execute deal flow and grow Mesh’s market share. You will spend most of your time working on active deals and solving pain points in the market.

In Short

  • This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth.
  • Develop a proficient knowledge of the Mesh solutions, becoming an expert for our prospects and clients.
  • Become the Mesh expert in the region, developing and handling senior level commercial relationships.
  • Grow, manage, and execute a sales pipeline for Europe.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Act as a key advocate for prospects and customers within the company.
  • Effectively prospect and build new sales opportunities.
  • Meet & exceed your quota and team quota.
  • Travel is required for conferences and company meetings.
  • Manage relationships with large enterprises and close high-ticket deals.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years minimum experience carrying a quota.
  • You are a closer and a good teammate.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in crypto and fintech.
  • Track record of exceeding quota.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Web3, payments, blockchains, crypto, onramps, DeFi, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Advisor/Consultant sales mentality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form of English.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • The capacity to operate independently as well as a positive attitude toward collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies is a plus.
