The Director of Sales at Soli Organic is responsible for leading and managing key national accounts, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with direct experience with Walmart.
  • Experience with Publix and Trader Joes accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen, SPINS, Circana / IRI for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
