Overview

The Senior Account Director is a leadership role in Account Management ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. They help nurture and expand client relationships by understanding client goals and aligning our teams and services to meet those objectives.

In Short

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our client relationship by identifying client needs or pain points.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Develop narratives through presentations for executive communications.
  • Provide leadership of strategic planning efforts and advisory engagements.
  • Balance client demands with internal resource planning and financial management.
  • Motivate teams to deliver the best results to clients.
  • Report to the Group Account Director and collaborate with other executives.
  • Ensure quality and growth of ongoing client work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant digital experience disciplines.
  • Proven experience in client management roles.
  • Experience in driving client retention and business growth.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of a book of business.
  • Able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
