In Short

• Full-time Project Coordinator position
• Assists Project Management Division with project activities
• Coordinates study-related documents and activities
• Supports clinical trial data management in EXCELSIOR™
• Performs data uploads and quality control
• Maintains controlled documents and Master Project Files
• Communicates with clinical sites and clients
• Participates in project meetings
• Provides training on EXCELSIOR™ software
• Ensures compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Clear and effective oral and written communication
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• No specific licenses or certifications required
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to participate in a team environment
