We’re looking for a scrappy, hands-on VP of Growth Marketing to build and scale the engine that drives predictable demand, high-quality leads, and capital-efficient growth.

• Lead marketing function and collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product.
• Own marketing-sourced lead generation targets by segment.
• Build and scale multiple marketing channels.
• Develop high-leverage partner marketing motions.
• Translate outcomes into compelling offers and content.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps for full-funnel visibility.
• Drive website conversion rate optimization.
• Run and optimize campaigns personally.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B growth marketing/demand generation.
• Proven success in generating demand in SMB/MM markets.
• Fluent with HubSpot and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in managing marketing teams.
• Collaborative leader with a hands-on approach.
