In Short

• Lead and mentor a Customer Success team.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4–6 years managing customer accounts in SaaS or related fields.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of account growth and retention.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts effectively.
