• Lead growth marketing initiatives across various channels.
• Own paid ads, landing pages, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.
• Execute high-performing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
• Design and optimize user journeys and landing pages.
• Write high-converting, SEO-optimized copy.
• Manage lifecycle flows and CRM automation.
• Run scrappy acquisition experiments to reduce CAC.
• Support hiring and team processes as the company grows.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in managing ad budgets and optimizing funnels.

Requirements

• Experience taking a B2B SaaS from $0 to $1–5M ARR.
• Strong focus on performance marketing and analytics.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for execution speed.
• Excellent copywriting and design instincts.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GA4 and Framer.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Track record in SEO strategy and content production.
• Ability to create high-quality marketing assets.
• Experience managing meaningful ad budgets.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
