In Short

  • Lead the transformation to build an inbound growth engine.
  • Conduct in-depth research and gather customer insights.
  • Design positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
  • Build inbound strategies from scratch (content, SEO, paid, PR).
  • Manage growth experiments and measure their impact.
  • Upgrade commercial materials including website and presentations.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies as needed.
  • Report on key performance indicators (CAC, conversion rates).
  • Drive qualified traffic and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Achieve a memorable market positioning and automated lead generation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing/growth.
  • Experience in positioning and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content, and advertising.
  • Proficient in data-driven tools and analysis.
  • Ability to act with ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to be on-site in Milano with flexible remote days.
