Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing intranet platforms or digital communication tools.
  • Understanding of change management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools for measuring communication effectiveness.
  • Deep experience with intranet technologies (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Demonstrated organizational excellence and project management skills.
