Overview

The Manager of Business Transformation (Finance) plays a critical role in supporting the execution of transformation initiatives across General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, IT, and other enabling teams.

• Support the planning and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives within G&A functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various G&A departments to document existing workflows.
• Assist in creating future-state process designs and business requirements.
• Contribute to structured project execution and milestone tracking.
• Help facilitate cross-functional working sessions for stakeholder engagement.
• Support change management efforts including communications and training.
• Define and track key success metrics for transformation initiatives.
• Leverage best practices and structured delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business transformation or consulting roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving systems and processes.
• Familiarity with G&A processes such as billing and HR operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to change management methodologies is a plus.
