Senior Integration Support Engineering Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Integration Support Engineering Specialist plays a key role in collaborating with business partners and clients to onboard new services and provide ongoing technical support related to integrations on the software platform.

In Short

• Manage projects for onboarding new services with business partners.
• Act as the primary contact for onboarding products & services via integration APIs.
• Host kick-off calls and web meetings during the onboarding process.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Develop and maintain integration guides and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with system Product Design Engineers.
• Contribute to the Knowledgebase for client self-service.
• Create how-to guides and maintain integration documentation.
• Investigate and implement scalable support solutions.
• Design test automation to prevent issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Great organizational skills.
• Familiarity with a programming language (object-oriented preferred).
• Familiarity with web API and/or XML.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot data flow processes.
