Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Crescendo. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our customer-facing teams and our Engineering and Product teams, impacting our customers’ success and the evolution of our product.

In Short

  • Act as the first escalation point for advanced platform issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Convert customer feedback into clear tickets for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with developers to validate fixes.
  • Triage and prioritize high volumes of issues.
  • Develop and maintain internal guides and knowledge bases.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical support engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering workflows.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Ability to troubleshoot frontend issues in modern frameworks.
  • Understanding of Node.js and Python is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer experience (CX) knowledge is a plus.
