Overview

The AI Support Specialist at Crescendo will manage the reliability and optimization of customer-facing AI systems, acting as the bridge between production AI systems and partner environments.

In Short

  • Own AI reliability and optimization for customer-facing systems.
  • Monitor production AI systems for quality performance.
  • Act as the first response layer for AI incidents.
  • Diagnose platform and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Implement optimization opportunities for AI systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis across AI configurations.
  • Manage a portfolio of partner AI assistants.
  • Conduct periodic health checks of AI systems.
  • Shape the evolution of Crescendo's AI Support platform.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in SaaS support.
  • Experience with support platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • High ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Zendesk Admin certification is desirable.
