NuORDER by Lightspeed is looking for an Integration Support Specialist to join our Service Delivery team in Europe!

In Short

• Drive successful development of solution infrastructure and completion of data integration projects.
• Write timely responses to clients regarding their open issues.
• Stay updated with the newest features of the NuORDER platform.
• Troubleshoot customer issues to discover the best solutions.
• Manage multiple integration projects in a customer-facing capacity.
• Create and maintain integrations using ETL and data integration technologies.
• Lead scoping calls with clients to address their data needs.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver projects and support integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Help Desk and Troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize client issues.
• Solid writing and presentation skills.
• Understanding of SQL, JavaScript, SaaS, CRM, ERP, and APIs.
• A can-do attitude with an appetite for success.
• Proficiency in French or Italian is an advantage.
