Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Training Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of essential skills within our sales organization.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement.
  • Direct experience in sales or solution consulting.
  • Proven experience in designing sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and sales enablement technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS or fintech industries.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Instructional design certification is a plus.
