Overview

Western National Insurance Group is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to drive and support the successful implementation of enterprise-wide change initiatives, blending strong project management discipline with people-focused change leadership.

In Short

• Lead project management activities for non-technical enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure understanding and alignment of goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or similar is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
