Overview

MeridianLink is looking for a seasoned Sr. Software QA Engineer who is passionate in building/enhancing the testing strategies for our on-prem, SAAS & cloud offerings by taking part in driving technical and cultural change.

In Short

• Develop, automate, and execute comprehensive tests against specified requirements.
• Participate in early product development to create test infrastructure.
• Drive SAAS & Cloud testing strategy in a continuous delivery model.
• Assess and evaluate existing test cases for gaps in coverage.
• Enhance test tools and automation infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Stay updated on the latest QA tools and technologies.
• Promote best practices for quality improvement.
• Execute maintainable automation tests for various test cases.
• Develop a customized testing strategy for projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in test automation for SAAS applications.
• Understanding of API & microservice architecture.
• Experience in front end and backend automated testing.
• Proficient in test automation tools like JUnit and Selenium.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as PostMan.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies including Git and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Excellent communication skills.
