Social Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Social Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy Advisor will provide technical leadership and ownership of the SBC strategy for the GAINS Program, which aims to improve food, nutrition, and economic security in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing SBC strategies.
• Strong skills in social science research methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in complex environments.
• Experience in Central Africa or Francophone countries.
• University degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to travel for field missions.
• Experience with community engagement.
• Proven relationship management skills.
• Capacity for innovative problem-solving.
