Strategic Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Advisor will support the commercial lines division in Canada, helping to transform the way commercial insurance is approached and delivered, while working closely with the management team to define and execute strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Support the division's management team in a transformational context.
• Define and develop strategic planning and monitoring activities.

• Have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Eight years of relevant experience in strategic planning.
• Relevant experience with senior management.
• Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance business.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Understanding of project management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
