The Governance and Enterprise Risk Management Advisor will support and provide oversight of corporate governance matters for Mercy Corps, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and managing enterprise risk workstreams.

Requirements

• BA/S in Law, Governance, Business Management, or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years’ experience supporting in-house legal teams or risk management
• Knowledge of UK, Dutch, and US laws related to governance
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Understanding of key risk areas for international NGOs
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with MS Office software
