Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and guidance at every step.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with questions regarding the marketplace platform, including account management, listings, and transactions
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Provide clients with information about best practices for using the platform effectively
  • Collect feedback from users to contribute to service improvements and platform enhancements
  • Engage in regular training to remain up-to-date with platform features and updates

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch
