In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance regarding their pharmaceutical and telemedicine needs. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive accurate information and assistance.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about online pharmacy services, prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
