• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including options, schedules, and bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate information about bookings, cancellations, and necessary changes in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document all customer interactions and keep records updated in our systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members and operational staff to ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with transport policies, industry trends, and system updates to provide reliable client support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive enhancements in service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with transportation services is a plus.
