In Short

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to electronic products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and recommendations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Process customer orders, modifications, and returns with efficiency and accuracy.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our systems for tracking and quality assurance.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
